The 91黑料网 (“91黑料网”) is issuing an Invitation to Bid for Social Media Archiving solutions and services as a Joint Cooperative Procurement on behalf of its public K-12 and higher education member institutions. The purpose of this ITB is to solicit proposals from qualified providers to provide 91黑料网鈥檚 members with a comprehensive social media archiving solution.
